At this time we only allow web orders for shipping to UK addresses. If you would like to order an item to be shipped abroad we are happy to accomodate you but please contact us for further details and shipping quotes.

If for any reason you have received goods that are damaged or faulty and you need to return them to us then the first step is to contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (see below) by email or phone to discuss the issue.
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back, we'll issue or order a replacement or provide a full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue or order a replacement or provide a full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technician we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. The faulty item must be returned to our office ONLY AFTER having contacted us to check the warranty position. We then handle the return shipping back to the manufacturer.
Once at the manufacturer each unit will be checked to see if the casing has been opened or whether it has suffered any abuse or moisture damage. If it meets these criteria and is within its warranty period then the unit will be repaired and shipped back at our cost.
We are able to offer a full diagnostic and repair facility to our customers for all Applied Instruments products. Each repair is assessed on a case by case basis and charges will be agreed before any work is undertaken. Please contact us before shipping any units to us so we can discuss the options. All shipping costs will be born by the owner as well as the cost of the repair itself.
